Masters in Bioethics

A Masters of Science in Bioethics is available through the Union - Mount Sinai Bioethics Program offered by the Union Graduate College. This competency-based program is designed to provide skills in clinical ethics. It is taught primarily on-line by distance learning which makes it very flexible and compatible with the complicated scheduling of medical education. The program also includes some face-to-face education, beginning with a two-week summer pro-seminar and including a clinical practicum at MSSM, and a capstone practicum. Tuition reductions for MSSM students are available for courses taught by MSSM faculty.
