Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
How did you come up with the number of caredays in my billing statement?
Your caredays was calculated by multiplying the cage cost per day X the number of cages X the number of days OR, where applicable, by multiplying the animal cost per day X the number of animals X the number of days.
For example: mouse charges for 10 cages for 30 days is as follows:
.66 (per cage) X 10 cages X 30 days = $198.00
For example: Hamster charges for 10 hamster for 30 days is as follows:
.83 (per animal) X 10 animals X 30 days = $249.00.
