Community organizations, local government officials, medical professionals, and interested individuals may use the Mount Sinai Superfund Basic Research Program Community Outreach Core as a resource for scientific and general information regarding Hudson River contamination. The program provides access to scientific papers, including articles on PCB toxicity and the health effects of chemical contaminants, links to Hudson River community groups, access to research scientists, and the latest information from government agencies on Hudson River clean-up policy.
