The Department serves a vital role in various interdepartmental collaborations, including the highly acclaimed head and neck cancer reconstruction program in conjunction with the Department of Otolaryngology, the multidisciplinary cleft-palate team, and the oral pathology service. The Temporomandibular Joint Clinic is internationally acclaimed, and the innovative Dental Phobia Clinic was the first of its kind in the world.
