The Mount Sinai Department of Health Evidence and Policy specializes in quality of care, health services, clinical outcomes, and health policy research. Our mission is to advance the science of health services and health policy research, and to measure and improve the quality of care for the patients and populations served by the Mount Sinai health system.
The Department of Health Evidence and Policy conducts a variety of research and quality improvement projects funded by federal, state, and private sources. Topics our multidisciplinary faculty and staff investigate include:
