The MD/PhD program of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine Graduate School of Biological Sciences in New York City educates future physician-scientists through a rigorous, integrated joint degree program in an environment that promotes cutting-edge research. We take a cross-disciplinary approach to address complex biomedical problems, promote collaborations, and expose students to translational initiatives. Our graduates are uniquely poised to embark upon careers as leaders and independent investigators in the application of basic science discoveries toward clinical care.
