The Real Estate Division provides housing for Students, Residents and Postdoctoral Fellows. We also provide resources for off-campus housing.
Our staff is committed to providing affordable housing in an environment that is supportive of and responsive to the professional and educational needs and careers of our medical community.
Housing is located within the immediate vicinity of Mount Sinai Hospital and the surrounding areas of New York City and can be viewed on our Housing Locator map (PDF). You are welcome to visit our Real Estate Office and meet our friendly staff.
