Answer 1:
a. Airway Management - the patient is dyspnic and anxious, yet his airway doesn't currently appear to be compromised. If fatigue, altered mental status, decreased respiratory effort or cyanosis become apparent, intervention may be necessary.

b. Breathing - listen to lungs (clear). Supplemental O2 - Patient should be placed on supplemental oxygen via nasal cannula. For every increase from 11/min flow the inspired oxygen will increase approximately 4%. 1-6L/min is 24%-44%.
