Opertaing otoscope, and alligator forceps. But first you may need to
kill the cockroach in order to better remove it. Use mineral oil- its
actually more effective than 2% lidocaine. One may attempt irrigation
with an 18 gauge catheter, using tepid water.
If you still have no success you may use the operating otoscope and
alligator forceps.
