Care is supportive: rest and oral hydration. Supplemental oxygen can be considered if symptoms are severe. In the absence of life-threatening symptoms (e.g., high altitude pulmonary edema), supportive care is generally sufficient. Descending from the high altitude will also be of obvious benefit.
