| Elsie Tripper, a 76 year old woman, presents to the Emergency Room complaining of right arm and wrist pain after having fallen while stepping off a bus the day before. She has previously fractured her hip in a similar fall in the past. Presently, she is concerned that her wrist is broken. On exam, she is tender over her forearm. The wrist and hand are also tender in several places, but there is a full range of motion. |
