Obstetrics and Gynecology

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Department specializes in all aspects of obstetrical and gynecological care including the following:

• Primary and Preventive care
• Genetic counseling
• High risk obstetrics
• Lamaze Classes
• Infertility Screening
• Office gyn surgery
• Ultrasound
• Laparoscopic surgery
• Hormone replacement therapy

Through an interdisciplinary approach to care, the Ob/Gyn Department offers comprehensive care that focuses on the whole woman at every stage of life. If your Ob/Gyn physician determines that you need specialty care, he or she has the ability to refer you to a specialist within the North Shore Medical Group who shares your unified medical record and confers with your physician. Such services include nutritional counseling, glaucoma and vision testing, mammography, bone density evaluations for osteoporosis, and colonoscopy for colon cancer screening.

Hours: Office hours are by appointment Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Location: The Ob/Gyn Department is located at 120 New York Avenue.
