Location
Mount Sinai is located between Madison and 5th Avenues at 100th Street. In New York this area is considered "Uptown" or the "Upper East Side." The simplest way to get here from the Midtown area, where Grand Central Station and most of the hotels are located, is by taxi. The ride will cost between $12-$15 (not including tip).
There are three main entrances to the Mount Sinai campus:
- Madison Avenue at 100th Street. Enter through the glass doors. The School of Medicine (Annenberg Building) is to the left, and the Hospital (Guggenheim Pavilion) is to the right.
- Fifth Avenue at 101st Street. Enter the Hospital (Guggenheim Pavilion) through the glass doors. The School of Medicine (Annenberg Building) is to the right.
- 5 East 98th Street - Faculty Practice Associates. Between Fifth and Madison Avenues. Visitors to Faculty Practice Associates should use this entrance.
