Lab News

  • Molly Morgan, Dr. Loudon, and Dr. Silverman have just complete a chart review of 1000 women delivering at the Mount Sinai Medical Center including information on postpartum depression. Based on an initial analysis 85% of all mothers report symptoms associated with decreased mood within the first 6 weeks of delivery. Potential biological and situations factors are now being explored.
