Native File Uploads

Send requests to webfeedback@mssm.edu, if the file's Web address begins www.mountsinai.org and is linked from a page on the Medical Center site, www.mountsinai.org, or represents a new file that will be linked from a page on the Medical Center Website.

Send requests to weboffice@mssm.edu, if the file's Web address begins www.mssm.edu and is linked from a page on the School site, www.mssm.edu, which has not been migrated and represents non-migrated content, or represents a new file that will be linked from a page on the School site, www.mssm.edu, which has not been migrated and represents non-migrated content.

Other Content

Send requests to webfeedback@mssm.edu, if content has been migrated to the Medical Center site, www.mountsinai.org, or is a new Website that is not yet on either Medical Center or School Websites, for example a new Research Entity or Educational Entity.

Send requests to weboffice@mssm.edu, for non-migrated content on the School site, www.mssm.edu.

Your e-mail messages must contain the following elements, or else it will be delayed in processing:

  • E-mail subject lines must be composed in the following manner: Indicate the content type, section of the Website, followed by the category, then the request type. (For example, Native File Upload: PhD: How to Apply: Existing Content.) Please avoid using simply "Website update" or "Web page update" as the subject line.
  • Request Type / Content Type must be indicated in the body of the message: "Content Type: Native File Upload " and "Request Type: Existing Content." See section Overview for more information on Request Types.
  • Attachments if applicable.
