Coming Next Week! Buy Discounted EndNote X1 Software Through the Library

Starting November 1, 2007 Mount Sinai faculty, staff, and students can purchase EndNote X1 software in the Library for only $50, a 75% discount off the retail price.

EndNote X1 is the latest version of the popular reference management software used for managing and citing references in papers and bibliographies.

Use EndNote X1 to:

  • Save and organize references, images, and PDFs used in your research.
  • Connect to PubMed and other databases to search for and import references.
  • Automatically format bibliographies and citations in your paper.
  • Use built-in MS Word templates to guide you through publishers' manuscript requirements.
  • Save you hours of typing time!

What's New in EndNote X1:

  • Create groups to view and manage subsets of references
  • View and manage more reference details, including all author names
  • Use a new "Epub Date" field

Purchasing Discounted EndNote: The Media Resource Center (MRC) in the Levy Library will be selling EndNote X1 software (Windows or Mac) for $50 starting on November 1st.
