Overview

Recognition for one’s work in the area of Medical Education can take many forms. The most familiar is the award of CME credit for participation in IME and IME-sponsored events. The IME is also planning to develop sets of courses that will enable participants to be awarded certificates of advanced instruction or Masters Degrees. We are planning to make the latter available on site for our teaching faculty. The IME also sponsors attendance by faculty at competitive national and international meetings.
