Policies and Procedures: Vacation and Sick Days

Postdoctoral Fellows are eligible for a minimum of ten days paid vacation each year. Unused vacation days may not be carried over to the following year. Mentors should be advised in advance as to the postdocs’ vacation plans.

Postdoctoral Fellows are eligible to accrue paid sick days at a rate of one (1) day per month retroactive to date of hire, to maximum of twelve (12) paid sick days during per year. Unused sick days may not be carried over to the following years.
