Human Research Protection Education Requirement

1. Go to: phrp.nihtraining.com/users/login.php
2. Register yourself to read the Modules that are provided, answer a quiz of about 20-25 questions and print your certificate at the end.
3. Prepare a cover memo and that includes the following information: name, life number, title, role (e.g. investigator, research coordinator), department, and a contact number or e-mail address.
4. You may either fax over a copy of the memo and certificate of completion to (212) 876-6789 or bring a copy to the IRB for login and placement in the "Personnel Changes" inbox.
5. Make sure to keep a copy for your own files
