Reprints of Education Certificates

For Human Research Protection Education Requirement certificates, e-mail Angela Khaimova at angela.khaimova@mssm.edu.

For CME Certification in HIPAA and Research Data Security, follow these instructions:

1. Go to irb.cmeoutreach.com
2. If you are a new user, please register - it will only take a moment
3. Click on "Activities and Tests" tab and view the videos and presentation material for the activities in which you need certification. NOTE: If your prior certification was stored at mssmtv.org and you already know the material and don't need to review it, go directly to the "view tests" link.
4. Take the test(s), and once you pass, click on the yellow highlighted instructions to "claim credits"
5. Claim your credit hours by inputting the correct number of credit hours
6. You will automatically be routed to your "Completed Activities" tab. All your completed Activities will show in this list and a link that reads "Print Individual Test Certificate" will reside by each completed activity.
7. Click on this link and a pdf document of the certificate will be processed for you to print - just click on the print icon

For Existing users of irb.cmeoutreach.com who wish to retrieve a copy of their certification:

1. Go to irb.cmeoutreach.com
2. Once you log in, the site will automatically take you to the "Completed Activities" Tab
3. Follow steps 6 and 7 above
