Biography

    Dr. Kim is a clinician and clinical researcher in the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute. Her clinical research interests, funded by the National Institutes of Health, include the study of the dietary effect of extensively heated (baked) milk as well as oral immunotherapy combined with humanized monoclonal anti-IgE antibody Xolair(R) (omalizumab) in the treatment of cow's milk allergy.  Dr. Kim supervises four clinics per week in pediatric allergy and is involved in teaching fellows and residents.
