  • Practicing Physicians, Health Care Professionals, and Educators: $125.00
  • Mount Sinai andAffiliated Faculty: $100 for one day
  • Fellows*, Residents*, Family Members, and Students: $75
    * Letter required from program director

A limited number of scholarships to attend the conference are available.

Please Note: A late registration fee of $25 will be added after October 10, 2007

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Page and William Black Post-Graduate by October 12, 2007 for refund. An administrative fee of $50 will be retained. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after this date or for "no shows".
