Why triple board? Triple board is the best fit for my interests. With five years of general pediatric continuity clinic, I will have ample exposure to normal childhood development. The variety of pediatric tertiary care services at Mount Sinai provides me the opportunity to become familiar with the psychological effects of chronic illness. And I also appreciate Mount Sinai's setting in New York City, providing a great diversity in patient population.
Advice for interviewees: Feel comfortable asking any questions you have about the programs you are visiting. Try to get a sense of what your life would be like, both in and out of the hospital.
