Agilent BioAnalyzer

icroarray Facility offers the service of RNA validation using Agilent BioAnalyzer.

Please follow the Agilent Sample Submission Guideline to deposit your samples. The BioAnalyzer allows you to analyze your RNA (similar to a denatured RNA gel) at a low concentration with a low sample volume.

Results will be sent to you by email.

The file you are emailed can be opened and reviewed by using Agilent BioAnalyzer Data Review Software (zip file). Click to download the software and install on your local computer (PC only).
