* After downloading a text file to a folder on your local hard drive, you may convert it to an Excel spreadsheet:

Open Microsoft Excel and open a new workbook.
Select Data > Get External Data > Import Text File from the menu in Excel.
Follow the instructions to import the data. (The text file uses tab-delimited columns.)
