Brightfield Microscopy

This microscope is equipped with a Q-imaging MP3.3 RTV color camera running QED capture software. This camera can acquire color brightfield images of samples stained with chromogenic dyes such as hematoxylin and eosin. The following objectives are available: 10x, 20x, 40x, 40xoil, 63xoil, and 100xoil. This microscope is also equipped with a Zeiss AxioCam MRm camera for capturing fluorescent dyes.
