Olympus IX-70

This inverted microscope is fitted with a Retiga EXi monochrome camera, Ludl focus motor, X-Y stage, and Uniblitz shutters. QED Imaging software is used for acquisition and control. This microscope is equipped with a heated enclosed CO2 environment and long working distance objectives for long-term time-lapse experiments for both phase contrast and fluorescence images. A tissue culture facility is located on-site to maintain cells prior to imaging.
