This group is responsible for designing the biological software and database system for the laboratory in Department of Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. We have been developing IT infrastructure and comprehensive platform for medical research scientist to manage laboratory's projects, do experiment, and analyze the raw data easily and efficiently. We help researcher to integrate custom database with the GeneTraffic (Microarray database), automate the transformation of digital data from biological instruments into central database system, and provide biological data storage for researcher in the Department of Medicine.
