Use of Analyzers

E-mail Daqian Sun or Xuqiang Qiao to discuss the instrument for which you want to receive training. You will first need to complete the required user authorization form (AUF) and set up an account on eRAP, our online scheduling system. After submitting the UAF form and the completing the training, the analyzers are available for your use.

The minimum charge for the analyzers is 30 minutes. We also compare the reservation time and actual usage and we charge for the longer duration. A fee of 100 percent is charged when the cancellation occurs less than 2 hours from the scheduled time.

For users who already are familiar with the operation of the analyzers, we conduct a 5-10 minute briefing session about the general maintenance of the analyzers.

Cancelling a reservation
A fee of 50 percent of the scheduled time is charged for cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. When the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 100 percent will be charged.
