Ophthalmology Interest Group

The ophthalmology interest group seeks to serve as a forum where students can explore and develop their interest in ophthalmology. In doing so, students will have an opportunity to serve the community through outreach programs and obtain first-hand experience in the field. In addition, we will host panel discussions with ophthalmology residents and attendings in order to demystify the match process and answer questions concerning the numerous career paths within the profession. We also hope to facilitate student contact with residents and attendings and allow students opportunities to shadow in the clinic and OR.
