Physicians for Human Rights (PHR)

Physicians for Human Rights mobilizes health professionals and students to advance health, dignity, and justice and promotes the right to health for all. The student chapter seeks to advance global understanding of health and human rights through educational and advocacy activities centered on PHR's priority issues. These include global HIV/AIDS, health in United States prisons and juvenile detention centers, health issues in conflict zones, and support of torture victims and asylum seekers.
