How to make a gift to the Ruth J. and Maxwell Hauser and Harriet and Arthur H. Aufses, Jr., M.D., Department of Surgery

Gifts can be made by check, money order, credit card, or stock transfer via Mount Sinai's Development Office. You can:

• send checks and money orders by mail,
• fax or call in a credit card donation, or
• call to coordinate a stock transfer.

When mailing a gift, please fill out and enclose our gift form with your check or money order to ensure that your gift is directed properly. Please make checks out to Mount Sinai School of Medicine Department of Surgery.
