Mount Sinai occupies a four block area in the historic Carnegie Hill neighborhood of New York. Housing is across the street from the medical school; restaurants, shops and public transportation are also conveniently located.

Across the street from the school is Central Park. Over two miles long, the park offers hiking, jogging, boating and a world of sporting opportunities to the active. Numerous trails, gardens and benches are available to the more contemplative.

We are also located within New York's famous Museum Mile, within easy reach of some of the finest art, theater and music in the world. The school's Recreation Office provides students with many complimentary and discounted tickets to a variety of major cultural and sporting events.
